SCORING RUBRIC
The intention of the scoring rubric will be to determine the character and work ethics of each individual candidate. The hope is to match each interviewee with the position they are applying for. Personal Attitude, Education, and Work Experience is important because at WWL Ranch we want not only qualified people but people who will reflect a positive, uplifting attitude when dealing with fellow co-workers as well as guests.
The scoring sheet must be done properly and completed while interviewing the interviewee. There is a total of 125 possible points. The score of the sheet is important but will not be the final say for the hiring of an individual. The final opinion will be examined closely to see if the interviewee has room for improvement if they score poorly. The first question is very important to determine how the interviewee presents themselves and the interviewer should document all his first impressions of an interviewee.
